Pamela Haines

Pamela Haines graduated from London University with a degree in Modern Languages. After lecturing for some years she retrained as a solicitor completing her articles with a firm of solicitors in Cardiff. She then spent some years at Leo Abse & Cohen Solicitors specialising in private client work before joining the firm of Gwyn & Gwyn Solicitors in Cowbridge which merged with Larby Williams LLP in 2004..

Pamela has specialised in private client work since qualifying handling all aspects of Will drafting. She deals with all stages of the administration of estates and probate work, the setting up and administration of trusts and inheritance tax advice . She also deals with Elderly Client work including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Pamela takes an active part in the local community as a Trustee of the local village hall , a school governor and a member of the Parochial Church Council.
